The victim had recently joined a nursing course in Hyderabad. She used her father's UPI account to buy watches, dresses and other items online. She wanted to repay before her father notices but had no money. She came across an advertisement of selling kidneys for Rs 7 Crores. The cyber fraudster claiming to be Dr Praveen Raj told her that she will get 3.5 Crores in advance and rest of the amount afterward. She was told to pay test fees and other hospital cost as Rs 16 Lakhs. After amount was paid by the victim, she was told to go to Delhi to collect the money. She reached at the given address and found it to be fake. Out of fear she ran away and later found to be with one of her friends.
